Here are a few meanful tidbits that I've jotted down, which I believe are very important principles of living a balanced life. I often read, come across, or think about key concepts that I know will positively shape and guide my life. Often these thoughts and ideas linger for awhile, temporarily get embedded in my daily thoughts, and then slowly fad away from my day-to-day thinking. At a later time I will read or study material that will re-trigger the thoughts and bring them to the forefront once again for a bit of time.

I'm sure they are subconsciously stirring around in the back of my mind, but I believe if they are important enough, they need to become key principles that are part of my everyday life. Concepts that I am continually focusing on so that they have even a bigger impact of who I am, how I think, and what I will become.

I have listed some of the principles (keys) that are important to me, so that I can continually review them and make them part of my everyday life.

Balance - It is important to have equal parts (balance) of each slice of the pie which makes up your life.

Focus - on where you put your time & energy.

Attitude - control your thoughts to drive a positive mental attitude about life. You are what you think about, you control your emotion, perspective, and attitude.

Health - take control of your mind & body at all times. Continually build your mental & physical being to be the best it can be.
